Van Dieman’s Twilight Mist from the Midnight series is a deep purple violet ink with low shading and silver shimmer. It dries in 60 seconds in a medium nib on Rhodia and has an average flow. Van Dieman’s ink is made in Australia.
Originally part of the Midnight Series, Twilight Mist is now part of the Night Series by Van Dieman's. This fountain pen ink is still one of Van Dieman's classics, they simply jazzed this ink with a beautiful shimmer and its chromatography can now easily be seen, making this ink a great shading ink. The purple has been toned down making it more pastel in appearance.
Twilight Mist is the effervescent glow of ominous purple color that transpires within darkened woods and lofty mountains in the earliest hours of the morning.
