The Iznik Garden Rollerball and Pencil Set by Retro51 is a reproduction of two dishes in The Met collection. Originally created in a Turkish town of Iznik, which was renowned for its pottery workshops. The floral and bird themes featured on the original plates were pervasive decorative elements on 16th- and 17th-century Iznik creations.
These writing instruments have been carefully recreated with the images silkscreened onto the metal barrels of the Tornado twist-top rollerball and 1.15 mm pencil that are finished with polished chrome trim. They are loaded in The Met licensed packaging tube that doubles as a pen stand when it's not in use
